FAIRNESS
We believe that our customers are good, fair and honest people who want to be treated with respect and fairness when they make a purchase. We assure you that if you have a problem with a purchase from Christina Home Designs, we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. It is, however, a ‘two-way street’. If you think it is perfectly alright for someone to buy a prom dress, get it sweaty dancing the night away and then return it for a full refund after the prom, we would rather not have you as a customer. It is not fair to have someone abuse the rest of our honest customers when we have to raise our prices to cover the cost of returned products we cannot resell.
PRIVACY
We respect your right to privacy. Christina Home Designs, LLC. does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise make available any of your personal information to any third-party not directly involved in processing your order. Companies involved in processing your order include, but may not be limited to, fulfillment, shipping and payment processing companies. What these companies may or may not do with your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policies. Christina Home designs, LLC. has no control over these Privacy Policies and therefore assumes no responsibility or liability for actions taken by these companies that may be permitted or prohibited by their respective Privacy Policies.
SECURITY
Our payment transactions for Christina Home Designs, LLC. are handled by Stripe and Paypal, Inc. over a secure encrypted connection independent of Christina Home Designs’ website. For your security, Christina Home Designs has no access to your PayPal, credit card, banking or other payment information, with the exception of whether or not the transaction was approved.
ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Some of the products we sell are shipped to you directly from Christina Home Designs, LLC.. We also use ‘Fulfillment By Amazon’ to warehouse and ship many of our products. This helps us keep our costs down so that we can pass the saving along to you. Customer service and product support will always be handled by Christina Home Designs, LLC.
PRODUCT RETURNS
We will accept for return or replacement, within 30 days of purchase; any product that we have sent you, that is in its original packaging, that is unused and that is in the same condition it was when we sent it to you (shipping damage excepted). Please use the Contact Us form for instructions prior to returning an item. Returns must be pre-approved, shipping prepaid and require an RMA#. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted.
