Fast-forward to today and Stonewall Kitchen is now home to an ever-growing family of like-minded lifestyle brands! Expertly made with premium ingredients, our products are the result of decades spent dreaming up, testing and producing only the very best in specialty foods and fine home living.

Recipe:

Take one side of the brie cheese and scrap off the white part.   The easiest way to do this is the take a serrated knife and scrap at an angle.  White casing comes off.  Place diagonal markings in the side you have scrapped.  Cut down about 1/4″ into the cheese.  This is where the jam will sit while baking.  Place French Brie inside the Large Brie Baker Baking Dish .  Add 1/2 to 1 cup of Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam.  Make sure to squish the jam down into the cuts of brie.  The Roasted Garlic Onion Jam is very tasty.   You want a hint of it in the French Brie but you don’t want to overwhelm the cheese. Place lid on Large Brie Baker Baking Dish.  Place in Microwave for 30-45 seconds.

Every Microwave is different.  Check to see if the cheese is melted and gooey.  If not, add 15 second increments until the French Brie is gooey.

Take out of microwave.  Place on a serving tray.  Add some bruschetta toast and serve.
